Restorative Yoga & Aromatherapy
Realign your body, mind, and breath with Restorative Yoga. In this two-hour workshop, you will find complete relaxation through gentle yoga poses, essential oil aromatherapy, mantra, and meditation. Postures are supported with props (blankets, blocks, bolsters and straps) and held for 5-20 minutes each, allowing the body to gain the physical benefits of each pose in a gentle way, while quieting the mind and turning the focus inward. All participants will receive a special essential oil gift to take home.

Realign your body, mind, and breath with Restorative Yoga. In this two-hour workshop, all seven chakras (energy centers) will be balanced through yoga poses, essential oil aromatherapy, mantra, and visualization. Postures are supported with props (blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps) and held for 5-20 minutes each, allowing the body to gain the physical benefits of each pose in a gentle way, while quieting the mind and turning the focus inward. Participants will receive a relaxing eye pillow to use during the workshop and to take home afterwards.
Yin Yoga & Meditation
Replenish, balance, and restore! The opposite of our active, yang lifestyles, Yin Yoga balances the body and mind as students find stillness in floor postures held for 3-5 minutes each. These long holds help "stress" and lengthen the connective tissue around the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, with an added benefit of refreshing the energy channels within the body. Yin Yoga emphasizes stillness, awareness, and compassion. This quiet practice is not always easy or comfortable, but is great for all levels. We'll end with a nice, long savasana and guided Yoga Nidra meditation.
Finding Ease - Yoga for Back Care
Maintain a healthy spine through yoga postures that increase flexibility and build strength, with modifications for any acute or chronic back discomfort. Breathing techniques and guided relaxation will be provided to help decrease pain and promote relaxation.

Breathe, stretch and flow! Welcome in the New Year with 108 sun salutations, intention setting, and meditation. 108 is a sacred number in the yogic tradition, with renowned mathematicians of Vedic culture vieweing 108 as a number of the wholeness of existence.
Sri K. Pattabhi Jois called Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) a yoga mala, after the prayer beads. There are 108 beads on every strand in a mala. Each completed Vinyasa sequence becomes a bead, weaved together when performed 108 times. This brings the meditation to motion with divine intent through Surya Namaskar, where the body becomes an embodied prayer for the highest good.
As we welcome the New Year with 108 sun salutations you will experience a powerful reminder of the energy and strength of our bodies and minds. All levels are welcome and modifications will be offered.
