Finding Ease - Yoga for Back Care
Tuesday, July 17th 6-7:30pm
Maintain a healthy spine through yoga postures that increase flexibility and build strength, with modifications for any acute or chronic back discomfort. Breathing techniques and guided relaxation will be provided to help decrease pain and promote relaxation.
Finding Ease - Yoga for Healthy Joints
Thursday, July 19th 6-7:30pm
Through yoga postures, find a balance of mobility and stability in the joints, with a specific focus on the shoulders and hips. Breathing techniques and guided relaxation will be provided to help decrease pain and promote relaxation.
Finding Comfort - Yoga for Living with Chronic Illness

Find comfort in body and mind through gentle movement and restorative yoga postures, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation with guided meditation. This class is open to anyone living with chronic illness, caretakers and supporters, or anyone looking for comfort and well-being.
Finding Balance - Yoga for Stress Reduction

Reduce and manage stress through a combination of both invigorating and relaxing yoga postures and breathing techniques. This class will end with a long savasana and guided Yoga Nidra meditation.
Return your body to a state of balance and calm with Restorative Yoga. Melt into gentle yoga postures, using bolsters, blocks, and blankets to support the body in easeful stretching to release tension. Soothing breathwork, loving hands-on touch, and essential oil aromatherapy help bring you deeper into a state of bliss! We will end with an extended shavasana and Yoga Nidra, a guided conscious relaxation meditation, allowing for deep levels of healing to occur on the physical, mental, and emotional planes. All levels are welcome. Participants will receive a special essential oil gift to take home with them!

BEGINNER YOGA WORKSHOP
Looking to start practicing yoga, but don't know where to begin? Join me for a two hour workshop tailored to complete beginners (and great for anyone wishing to revisit the basics!) In this class, you'll learn some of the basic yoga postures, focusing on safe and proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, as well as how to modify and use yoga props. We’ll also touch on breath work and an introduction to meditation.
