Return your body to a state of balance and calm with Restorative Yoga. Melt into gentle yoga postures, using bolsters, blocks, and blankets to support the body in easeful stretching to release tension. Soothing breathwork, loving hands-on touch, and essential oil aromatherapy help bring you deeper into a state of bliss! We will end with an extended shavasana and Yoga Nidra, a guided conscious relaxation meditation, allowing for deep levels of healing to occur on the physical, mental, and emotional planes. All levels are welcome. Participants will receive a special essential oil gift to take home with them!

BEGINNER YOGA WORKSHOP
Looking to start practicing yoga, but don't know where to begin? Join me for a two hour workshop tailored to complete beginners (and great for anyone wishing to revisit the basics!) In this class, you'll learn some of the basic yoga postures, focusing on safe and proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, as well as how to modify and use yoga props. We’ll also touch on breath work and an introduction to meditation.
